Quick 4 Hero on Quick 4 perekonna EL-i regulatsioonidele vastav versioon. Mehaaniliselt identne standardse Quick 4-ga — sama Tel Avivis disainitud raam, sama Samsung 50.4V / 13Ah pakk (~655 Wh), sama topeltvedrustus ja topelttrummelpidurid — kuid tarkvaraliselt piiratud 25 km/h, et vastata EL-i L1e-A / riiklikele 25 km/h piirangutele Saksamaal, Austrias, Tšehhis ja sarnastel turgudel. 'Hero' märgistus peegeldab Inokimi positsioneerimist, kus piiramatu Super on jõudlusversioon ja Hero on litsentsi- ja kindlustussõbralik igapäevasõiduk jurisdiktsioonides, kus 40 km/h viiks teid teise õiguslikku klassi. - Smaller 13 Ah battery means notably shorter range than the Super (36 mi vs 44 mi)
- At ~21.5 kg (47 lbs) it is heavy for daily carrying despite the compact fold
- Only IPX4 splash resistance — not suitable for heavy rain
- Limited deck space; uncomfortable for taller riders (over ~6 ft)
- Reduced stability when the speed limit is unlocked and pushed past ~20 mph
