Algupära
Lux on Canyon'i vastus kaasaegsele maailmakarika XC ringrajale.

Verdikt
+Tugevused
- Exceptional climbing efficiency and acceleration — feels like it leaps forward under power, rivalling hardtails for pedalling response
- Among the lightest full-suspension XC platforms available (~1480 g frame, ~9.82 kg complete)
- High component value for the money (electronic groupsets, carbon wheels, premium suspension at competitive prices)
- 2026 redesign adds genuine descending capability (66° head angle, 120/110 mm) plus an adjustable anti-squat Quick Chip and standard dropper
- Race-proven pedigree (Cape Epic stage sweeps) and twin-bottle main-triangle capacity for marathon stages
−Nõrkused
- Predecessor generation shipped with no dropper post out of the box — a common dealbreaker that forced an aftermarket purchase (resolved on 2026 models)
- Older 68.5° head angle made the bike feel skittish and weight-forward on steep, chunky descents (BikeRadar review)
- Pure race focus means it's overkill and harsh for casual trail riders — Canyon points them to the Lux Trail or Neuron instead
- Top trims are very expensive (up to ~€8,000), and the direct-to-consumer model means no local dealer fitting or service
- Rebound dial on some suspension specs noted as awkward to access (BikeRadar)
