The Zero family of scooters emerged in the late 2010s from Chinese ODM manufacturing (widely attributed to Titan/Unicool factories) and was popularized in Western markets by resellers such as Falcon PEV in Singapore. The Zero 10X launched around 2018 as the flagship 'big brother' of the single-motor Zero 10, adding a second hub motor to create an accessible, mid-priced dual-motor machine at a time when true off-road scooters were rare and expensive.
