Algupära

2007. Addict oli Scotti CR1 (880g raam) otsene edasiarendus — esimene seeriatootmises olev maanteeratas, mis murdis 6 kg piiri. See domineeris professionaalses pelotonis koos Columbia-HTC ja Mark Cavendishiga. 'RC' nimetus tekkis ametlikult koos ketaspidurite ajastuga, kuid Addicti nimi on olnud kergekaalulise maanteesõidu sünonüüm alates 2007. aastast.
