Granturismo SLR tuli turule 2023. aastal kui otsene asendus väga armastatud Cento10 NDR-ile ('Non Disperdere Rendimento' — 'ära raiska jõudlust'), mis oli Wilieri pakkumine vastupidavusratturitele alates 2017. aastast. See ratas on töö tulemus, mis algas Rossano Venetos 2010. aastate alguses tagumise otsa vibratsiooni summutamiseks pikkade Itaalia klassikute jaoks, nagu Strade Bianche'ist inspireeritud sportrattasõidud. Wilieri insenerid täiustasid algse Cento10 NDR-i elastomeeri mikrošoki Actiflex 2.0 süsteemiks, mis annab tagumisele rattale kuni 5 mm vertikaalset painduvust. Süsinikukiht — HUS-MOD koos vedelkristallpolümeerkiududega — oli Wilieri-spetsiifiline retsept, mis töötati välja vertikaalse elastsuse lisamiseks, säilitades samal ajal väändejäikuse, ühendades Itaalia mugavustraditsiooni võistlusrataste numbritega.
