Algupära
The Escarpe joined the Vitus lineup to give the brand a full-suspension trail bike capable of keeping up with premium names. Using Horst-link kinematics (the same patent behind Specialized FSR) and T800 carbon in the top frames, it undercuts rivals on price while offering similar geometry and travel numbers.

Verdikt
+Tugevused
- 150/140mm travel suits the majority of trail riding worldwide
- Flip-chip geometry tuning is genuinely useful, not a gimmick
- Strong value proposition vs comparable Specialized/Trek full-suspension platforms
−Nõrkused
- Entry builds (CR) use Deore — brakes and suspension fine, but heavier than XT tier
- Alloy rear triangle on non-CRX builds adds weight vs full-carbon competitors
- Geometry is trail-focused; not the best choice for pure enduro or XC racing
