Algupära

Superior entered the e-MTB market in 2018 with the eXF, applying its Czech factory expertise in aluminum fabrication to the emerging full-suspension e-bike segment. The 2024 generation represents a step-change: Bosch Performance Line CX replaces earlier motors, the suspension platform was redesigned for the extra load and torque of an e-MTB, and geometry was tuned for the brand growing enduro clientele. Assembly at BFI Koprivnice means every eXF benefits from the same in-house quality control as Superior World Cup race bikes.

  • Comfortable climbing position and calm descending character make it an excellent all-day trail bike
−Nõrkused
  • Suspension air pressures for heavier riders leave the shock underdamped — a known limitation noted in professional reviews
  • Shimano Deore brakes on mid-builds are underspecified for a 160 mm e-MTB and often need upgrading
  • Same 625 mm stack height across all three sizes means XL riders may find the front end unusually low
